We're looking for a Closer who can turn warm leads into signed contracts. This is a high-impact role that requires confidence, empathy, and a strong understanding of sales psychology. You'll be following up with motivated sellers, understanding their needs, and presenting win-win offers that align with our mission.
Requirements:
Proven track record in sales (real estate experience a plus, not required)
Excellent communication and follow-up skills
Comfortable on the phone and in-person
Coachable, hungry, and self-accountable

You’ll be our boots on the ground — building relationships face-to-face with property owners and making first contact with homeowners in our local pipeline. You’ll knock on doors, introduce who we are, and pass warm leads over to our acquisitions team.
